1. Return Eligibility
- A return request is submitted within 48 hours from the date of delivery.
- The item is unused, unwashed, and remains in its original condition.
- The product is returned along with all original packaging materials, tags, accessories, and invoice.
- In case of transit damage or defective products, a complete and uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory for verification.
2. Initiating a Return or Replacement Request
- Email us at support@khurjastudio.in within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
- Provide the following details:

- Product name(s)
- Reason for the request
- Clear photographs and/or videos showing the issue
- Our customer support team will evaluate the request and communicate the further process.

4. Refund Process

8. Order Cancellation
Customers may request order cancellation within 4 hours of placing the order.
Once an order has been processed, packed, or dispatched, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.
